Managing Director

Delene is a former Farm School Principal with a passion for People Development. She is a Skills Development Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator, and is presently involved in facilitating accredited Skills Programs such as Leadership, Customer Care, Values and Ethics, Time Management, Basic Bookkeeping, Personal Finances, and various applicable programs and workshops as the need arises.

John Maine

Operations Manager

John Hlaba Maine is an energetic, ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that he undertakes or situation that he is presented with. He is excellent in working with others by impacting lives. His involvement in the community is making a significant difference in people’s lives through the message of empowerment and developmental talks. He has a holistic approach and entrepreneurial mindset where he interfaces with like-minded entrepreneurs. John is a transformational speaker who has been on a centre stage via various community Radio Stations across South Africa.

Weslely Wildschut

Sales & Marketing Executive

Wesley has 32 years of experience in manufacturing and organizing medium to large workforces. He was a work-study engineer to a Production Director and Co-owner of a manufacturing business in Lesotho. He was served on factory management for various clothing factories for 24 years, and directed a medium sized footwear manufacturing plant for 6 years and managed a knitwear plant for 16 months. Wesley is trained as a facilitator and assessor. He directs and facilitates training programs for BBBEE through Excelgrow Group Holdings for the past three years.
